Billing

Our charges are in such a way that walks in guests make their payments to the cashier upon arrival at the Hotel. All bills are paid basing on the prevailing rate in both local and United States Dollar (USD)

All bookings for workshops, meetings, conferences and parties are done by paying 75% of the total bill to the cashier at the Hotel at least 2 days in time. In case of payments by cheque, please do write the payee as COMFORT HOTEL LTD and pay within at least 7 working days in advance to allow for your bank to clear.

Exchange rates and prices fluctuate so clients are advised to make inquiries about our rates through the contacts provided
